At Saint Honoré, we believe bread is more than sustenance — it is an art, a tradition, and a daily ritual that brings people together. Our bakers arrive before dawn to begin the slow, patient work of crafting each loaf by hand.

We source the finest French flours, use natural levain starters, and never rush the process. Every croissant is laminated with European butter. Every baguette earns its crust through long, cool fermentation. This is baking as it was meant to be.

Named after the patron saint of bakers, Saint Honoré is our love letter to the French boulangerie tradition — brought to life right here in Virginia.
